Elements of Art
This represents texture because if you run your hand across the rock you would be able to feel it. In the picture it seems like you would be able to also because it has texture.
This represents space because the two pillars frame the hallway creating depth.
This represents shape because at this angle the seat looks like a two dimensional circle.
|
This represents color because the many different sharpies have different contrasting colors.
This represents form because the angle that this pillar is at makes it appear three dimensional.

Principles of Design
This represents balance because everything is symmetrical. If you were to cut this picture in half you would have the same on both sides making it symmetrical balance.
This represents emphasis because all the focus is on the green pen. Since the pen is sticking up more than the rest and is white and green instead of black draws your attention to it more than the rest.
This represents pattern because it is the same shapes and color repeated as you go on.
This represents unity because they all have the same elements like the formatting and shirt but they are all different people creating unity.
|
This represents contrast because the two patterns are very different which creates a distinction between them.
This represents movement because you can see the movement of the separate hairs. I also used a slower shutter speed so you can see the way the hairs moved.
This represents rhythm because its not a pattern but the colors all are the same but laid out differently.
